Full Send Event Solutions Refund Policy

At Full Send Event Solutions, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and the process for requesting a refund. 1. Service Cancellation

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled event date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

    • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date are non-refundable.

  • Full Send!-Initiated Cancellations:

    • In the unlikely event that Full Send Event Solutions must cancel a service, a full refund will be provided to the client. We will also work to reschedule the event at no additional cost, if possible.

 

2. Service Dissatisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of your event to discuss your concerns.

  • We will work with you to address any issues and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

 

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@fullsend.com with your event details and the reason for the refund request.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued using the original payment method.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any costs incurred for custom-made products, special orders, or non-standard services are non-refundable.

  • Expenses related to travel, accommodation, or third-party vendors arranged by Full Send Event Solutions on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
